Complexity, under control.

The product challenge

Business customers need to manage multiple profiles, supply points and contracts while keeping track of costs and consumption. The challenge was to bring these relationships into one understandable experience, keeping the relevant profile and service clear throughout each task.

My contribution

I managed two designers while remaining hands-on in UX/UI design and UX writing. I translated functional requirements into journeys, screens and interaction patterns, guiding the team towards a clear, consistent experience across account management, payments and consumption.

Delivery outcome

A connected set of portal designs covering the dashboard, digital wallet, invoices, consumption and search. Shared navigation, contextual filters and consistent interaction patterns establish a clear path from an overall account view to individual supplies and actions.

Overview

The full picture. A clear next step.

The dashboard prioritises balances, active supplies and upcoming invoices before introducing consumption trends and detailed records. This hierarchy brings items that need attention into focus, while giving users clear routes from an account overview to individual supplies.

Consumption

Turn usage into understanding.

Consumption totals, period comparisons and detailed charts reveal patterns and peaks. Service and time controls define the scope of the analysis, while chart tooltips provide precise values in context — helping users move from a broad overview to the details behind their usage.

Wallet

Understand the balance behind the number.

The digital wallet connects the overall balance with separate debit and credit totals, service breakdowns and costs over time. Charts and billing details make the financial picture easier to interpret, helping users understand which charges contribute to their account position.

Invoices

Keep what’s due in view.

Invoice summaries and payment statuses sit alongside a detailed record of recent movements. Filters help users narrow the view and identify outstanding items, while invoice-management options provide a clear route to the next task within the selected account context.

Search

The right information, within reach.

A shared search experience helps users locate profiles and supplies through familiar names and identifiers. Suggested shortcuts and recent searches provide routes back to relevant records, supporting navigation across a complex account structure.
